This 1971 Global Atmospheric Research Programme (GARP) report provides historical insight into United Nations (UN) World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Weather Control activities.
The United Nations (UN) World Meteorological Organization (WMO) became a specialized UN agency in 1951 and is the heart of the UN’s global weather machine.
In partnership with other specialized UN agencies and member states, the UN WMO helps to facilitate the coordination and implementation of weather programs, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the UN’s goal of global governance.
However, the United Nations and self-proclaimed “governing” entities were not elected.
