At this meeting we will discuss bioethics at the intersection of weather and cell phone technology.
Weather modification and Geoengineering have been actively happening since the 1940’s. This technology has evolved since that time and has proliferated around the world. Now, it’s not just crop dusting but hurricanes, tornadoes and possibly earthquakes. How does your cell phone come into the picture and what could go wrong?
Meanwhile, experiments in geoengineering are going unchecked while States and politicians argue. What hangs in the balance?
